As A People

We worked on an intro sequence for the sketch show pilot “As a People”. This aired on the 22nd of October 2018 on Comedy Central Africa.

The show is about cultural backgrounds, all South Africans united by laughter.

Rationale

The creative is inspired by American street artist Shepard Fairy

Shepard Fairey’s work has a particularly activist style that translates well with the shows positioning. Referencing his style with a contemporary South African spin produces a very unique show identity.
